Revealing God's Character Through a Growing Relationship with Jesus

We Appreciate You, Chuck Franks!

Chuck has been a faithful servant of the Monroe Seventh-day Adventist Church for as long as I have been associated with the church, which is now over 20 years. I am sure he has served even longer than that in various roles. I can count on Chuck for pretty much everything; he is a trustworthy, loyal and humble servant of God and His body. Chuck, thank you for giving to the Lord. Thank you for your faithfulness to our church family and personally being there for me and our family. You are an amazing, godly man that has consistently, and obediently put the body of Christ at the top of your priority list and it shows. Thank you. May God continue to bless you as you serve your church and community. Thank you as well for all your good food you have provided for the church and pastor's family ;) With love and thanks -- Pastor Jen

How do you list out all the things someone like Chuck does behind the scenes and keep it short? Chuck is there stepping up to help where ever there is a need. Need help setting up for communion, there is Chuck. Need help during a church work bee, there is Chuck. Need help moving one of our church brothers and sisters, there is Chuck. There is Chuck. He is willing to use his time to be in service of others, reflected in what Paul wrote to the people in his letter to the church in Galatia (Galatians). Galatians 5:13 states: "For you, my brothers, were called to freedom; only do not let your freedom become an opportunity for the sinful nature, but through love serve and seek the best for one another." I am thankful for Chuck and his decision to serve others. --Nik Campanello
