About Us

At the Monroe Seventh-day Adventist church we aspire to reveal the character of God through a growing relationship with Jesus.  The Lord continues to lovingly shape us into the kind of church described in the Bible, where there's relevant teaching, hear-felt worship, unity of faith, constant prayer, and growth in Jesus.  We are active in faith and service, and we invite you to come and grow with us, as we wait for our Lord's soon return.

We are proud to introduce our new pastor Danny Velez and family.
Pastor Danny’s philosophy of pastoral ministry is first and foremost, to uplift Jesus. Consistent with his philosophy of ministry is his emphasis on Christ’s method of ministry.

“The Savior mingled with men as one who desired their good. He showed His sympathy for them, ministered to their needs, and won their confidence. Then He bade them, ‘Follow Me.’”

‣ Pastor Danny loves people of all ages, enjoys gardening and carpentry
